History/Objectives of PTA
Welcome to the JCSS Parent Connection! We are an organization of parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and other supporters who help make the institution the best it can be for our students, faculty and staff.
Founded in 1995, the PTA (Parents/Teachers Association) has played an important role in the building of this great institution.
Objectives
Provision of enabling environment where students can
1. Imbibe Christian and moral values.
2. Acquire learning skills which will help them to develop into useful members of the society, in various disciplines, callings and pursuits of life.
3. To help realize these aspirations, the PTA shall provide a platform for parents to collectively assist the school management in the following ways
o Take interest in the performance of students' curricular, extracurricular, co-curricular activities.
o Make their observations know in these areas of interest to the school management in a structured manner.
o Assist with information on opportunities, which could enhance the welfare of students and promote academics
o Make voluntary, financial contributions, donate prizes and awards etc
We encourage you to participate in any way you can. We support a variety of campus functions and social events and will be there to assist.
Jephthah kids are awesome! It's incredible seeing the spiritual and emotional growth of our young people. Thank you for placing your confidence in JCSS by sending your child here. It is such a privilege to work with you, the students, faculty and staff. If you have concerns, compliments or comments, please let us be your connection to the School. Projects
• 32 Seater Coaster Bus.
• Sponsorship of students to external competitions ( Japan ).
• Fortification of the school out fence.
• 15 New computers with 3 colour printers.
